Leadership is a key to transformation in every society. We cannot talk of transformation without dealing with the driving force behind that transformation. Leadership is the influence that brings about the common ground to achieve great change. Transformational leadership will focus on the elements that transforms the society, developing the vision for transformation and the impact of Commitment on Transformation. "If the leader cannot see the need for transformation then the society cannot be transformed".

 

Patrick Kadauma Samson was born in 1983 November 2nd and raised in Dedza district which is in central Region of Malawi (Africa). He is the Senior Pastor of God Is Able International Church (founded in 2010), founder of Olive Widows Foundation, and Springs Bible Based Missions founded in 2013. He is also the author and Bible Teacher who is passionate about Mission Work and outreaches to the indigenous rural communities in Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa and Zimbabwe. His main vision is to see the unreached and destitute individuals reached in Christ's compassionate strategy.

In his teenage years (in the year 2002) had a tremendous experience with the Lord Jesus Christ that set him on fire for God. He served faithfully in his local Church in various helps ministry positions, including serving as district youth Pastor at the age of 19. He was born in a Christian family which had an Islamic background from the father's side which later contributed to be segregated by some of the family members especially when he started his personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and begun to work in mission department in the local Church. Despite the opposition he faced in his walk with God, he boldly stood in faith.

Patrick Kadauma Samson exemplifies the Great Commission of Jesus Christ which He (Christ) founded in Matthew 28:18-20. He is the pioneering the disciple making seminars among the local Church pastors, leaders and youth movement in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Patrick fulfils many roles within Malawian's Christian community which includes programs such as helping young people fulfil their God-given visions by equipping them with Biblical knowledge and academic empowerment (including material support and mentorship programs), supporting Mission to the widows and elderly, mind transformation seminars, bringing clean water to the rural areas and mission to the deaf individuals working hand in hand with TAMVA Friends For Deaf (Malawian local organization).

Currently, Patrick Kadauma Samson has set five mission bases with an aim of outreaching and training local leaders for missions specifically.

EDUCATION: His mission work begun with many clear visions and dreams which lead him in 2007 to establish a Youth Mission ministry known as Vision of the Youth before joining William Carey School of World Missions in Durban, South Africa in 2008 where he obtained Diploma in Missions. Among other different studies he has done in life includes Bachelor Degree in Theology from Grace Theological Empowerment Centre in South Africa obtained in 2021. Currently he is studying Master's Degree in Divinity with Teleo University.
