All of the buildings of King’s Arcade will be equipped with solar panels producing electricity of an approximate total of 700Mwh per year. Although this increases the cost of the building considerably, it will also increase the attractiveness of the location, and we will generate a stream of revenue by selling the excess electricity we produce.
